Everything rises and falls on leadership. Healthy leaders build healthy churches — and healthy churches reach communities. The lead couples we serve are fully committed and willing. But they are also seriously overworked, underpaid, with marriages under pressure and families paying a high emotional price. Supporting them isn't a luxury. It's the key to the harvest.

We believe sponsorship is relationship. Our model — built around the 5 Cs — combines financial partnership, genuine care, and strategic coaching with the character and communication we ask of every lead couple we serve.

Co-Founders
With over 30 years of ministry experience across Europe and the U.S., Andrew and Isabelle are uniquely positioned for global Kingdom impact. Holding four passports between them, they have direct access to 36 nations—eliminating visas and long lines!
Over decades of ministry, they’ve built deep international relationships, forming strategic, cross-continental partnerships. Through To The World, they leverage these connections to equip church planters and strengthen ministry leaders across Europe and beyond.
On the home front, they are parents to four—Ben (married to Kaleena), Dan, Abigail, and Nathan—and proud grandparents to Cillian, who brings constant joy and energy!
